If I passed graduation in 2009 from patiala University then I increase my graduation percentage in 2021 please give me the solution

No, It is not possible to increase graduation percentage now after 12 years.

If you really want to improve your graduation score than you have to go for fresh graduation course.

This time you can prepare nicely and can secure good marks.

It is not possible to improve graduation marks of same degree once you have completed.

For improvement exam, you need to apply after the results are announced. Now after 12 years of results, you cannot apply for it because there is no provision such things.
If you were not satisfied with your results, then you should have applied for improvement then only. Now you cannot do much.
