Information about Gynecology course for BSc(Zoology) graduate

Hello friends, I have completed my BSc in Zoology. I don’t want to do MSc in Zoology or any other Medical course. I am interested in Gynecology. So, I want to know that I can do this course? If yes then can you give me some details of this course for me?

I would like to let you know that you can not pursue Gynecology course after completing BSc in Zoology. Gynaecology course is a post graduate level course for medical students such as MBBS degree holder. You must have to completed MBBS course to study MD/MS in Gynaecology course. Also you must have to appear for the entrance test for taking admission in MD/MS course with gynecology as a specialization.

courses offered in the field of gynecology are given below:

P.G. Diploma in Gynaecology & Obstetrics (D. G. O.):- 2 years

Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Gynaecology & Obstetrics:- 3 years

Master of Surgery (MS) in Gynaecology & Obstetrics:- 3 years
