I have passed my 12th class in 2004 now its a 18 year gap now i wand to do graduation.It is possible now.

The minimum education required for pursuing a graduation degree course is a Class 12th or equivalent degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized board of examination.

So, having completed your Class 12th in 2004, still you are definitely eligible for pursuing a graduation degree in your desired discipline if you hold the essential requirement for the same as gap after Class 12th does not make one ineligible for pursuing higher degree courses.
