i had completed my intermediate on 2006. but after that i was not able to goo for graduation .. if i want to apply for graduation programme now. how can i do so..?
is distant learning(IGNOU) a good thought ..? and will i be able to apply for a government services exam after distant learning ...

Yes, it is possible for you to apply for graduation after long gap in intermediate. You can study the course through correspondence or distance mode in various universities like IGNOU.
