It is simple to get an HSC certificate after qualified in 12th standard. The concerned school will provide 12th standard certificate to all its students. I don't know what your problem in getting 12th standard certified. However, I provide the steps to get the HSC certificate hope this helps you.

Steps to get HSC Certificate:-

-First contact your class teacher of HSC. He/She will instruct you the right way to get the certificate.
-Second contact your Vice/Assistant Principal or Head Principal.
-Give a written document regarding your issues in getting 12th certificate to principle.
-Forth directly visit the DPI (Department of Education) and tell your issue in getting 12th certificate.
