Is there any exemption in the subjects of LLB on the basis of foundation or executive?
Sir, I am very much confused regarding the CS with LLB. I am a student of CS executive. I want to know that is there any exemption in the subjects of LLB on the basis of foundation or executive.

There is exemption of one subject for LLB graduates pursuing CS course. Just make sure you have got at least 50% marks in your law degree from a recognized university.
Paper 7- Industrial, Labour and General Laws (Paper Code – 327) of CS Executive Programme under New Syllabus (2012). Remember the LLB Qualification Code-047 and Paper Code –327 for claiming exemption. |
