I'm studying now Bsc.(general),after passing HSSLC Of average marks percentage 57%. If I pass Bsc.(general) with securing 60% marks in each of the following subject:Botany,Zoology and Geography, can I study Msc ?

Of course yes. There are several subjects available in Master of Science (M.Sc). The minimum eligibility criteria required to pursue M.Sc in "Candidates must have completed or passed B.Sc in concerned stream" to be eligible. Hence, if you can score minimum 60% marks in each of the subjects, then I can say that you can go ahead to pursue further.
