When the form for graduation courses are out? I am talking in general terms nothing to worry please answer it graduation forms

Dear basically there is a particular schedule of different universities and colleges in India that is called batch of the year means almost all universities and colleges provides admission in different courses of graduation during March to May meanwhile some of the universities open the admission procedure for a short time that is around one month but some of the universities offering different courses of many fields provides admission for about two months but Middle of the March is the starting of the admission in colleges and last of the May is almost closing time of admission in colleges and universities.
