I got a job when I was doing B.Com 3rd year regular after appointment. I have continued my regular degree by paying short of attendance just attended the examination.

Yes, your graduation degree will remain valid for your job appointment provided your company have offered you this facility. You need to contact the HR of the company to clarify any concerned.
Also on the basis of your degree you can apply for many private as well as government sector jobs.
