For Pilot training course, you just need class 12th with PCM stream. Hence, surely you can apply for it, but your B.Tech degree will not help you much. Also, make sure your eyesight is good enough.

You need to clear various tests and training to become a commercial Pilot in India. Hence, make sure you are ready for it.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
