Respected Sir/Madam, I want to apply for an Internship related to Human Resources in HCL Technologies. I would like to know about the eligibility criteria for applying in this Internship in this company. Please let me know immediately. Thank you!

Eligibility to apply for Human Resources Internship in HCL Technologies;

You should be a graduate in relevant field or pursuing graduate.

You should be from Lucknow city.

You should be skilled in MS-Office and MS-Excel.

You should be proficient in English language.

You should be able to do internship for full time basis.

You should be ready to do internship for duration of 3 months.

1) You must have knowledge in MS-Office.

2) You must have knowledge in MS-Excel.

3) You should have proficiency in English (Both spoken and written).

4) You should be familiar with sourcing the candidate for interview.

5) You must be aware of screening resumes and schedule interview for shortlisted candidates.

6) You must have ability of counseling the candidates and coordinating for interviews.

7) You must have capability of handling the entire recruitment process.

8) You must have experience of taking interviews of the candidates over the phone.

9) You should know how to handle documentation of candidates.

Other requirements for being eligible are as below :-

10) You have to be available for full time internship in-office.

11) You have to be available for duration of 3 months.

12) You should have relevant skills and interests in this regard.

13) You must be from Lucknow and neighboring cities.
