I am m-tech student. And i want internship in embedded company. How to search in embedded company in India.

Having a reference is an important thing , if you know someone from inside , then you can tell them to transfer your resume to the head of company.

Or else you can directly mail to the manager or head of department and tell them that you are interested in working with them.

Or you can also follow their official page whether they post vacancies, as soon as you feel that any vacancy is for you you can apply to that.
Don't forget to add that you have some prior experience .
Because experience is a must, if you are fresher then you may try in some small company and add to your experience list.

Design, develop, and enhance embedded software for electronic optical equipment in collaboration with the engineering team, including the development of communication interfaces and integrated microprocessors.

Coordinate with R&D teams for embedded software design and implementation, including the development of critical product features and functionalities

Interface with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to define software requirements and enhance value for customers and end-users
