L&T construction offers two months Summer Internship Program (SIP) for the MBA first year completed students. The selection procedure for L&T SIP is a two step process. First round is group discussion and the next round is interview. The L&T visit some of the top B-Schools and select students from the institutions for Summer Internship Program (SIP). They visit colleges like IIMs, XLRI, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD and Symbiosis Institute of Business Management. Selected interns are paid stipend of Rs 15,000 per month.
