i have just cleared my 7th semester (ece) and is looking for 6 months industrial training. i'm getting getting a chance to get into some National Informatics Centre (NIC), chandigarh project based on PHP. Is it better than paid trainings and does its certification hold any value in my resume ? i've already done a 6 weeks training in Java..
