Is it necessary to do Diesel and Electric driver training? I mean why should I do that?

As per the university norms, it is mandatory for candidate to pursue summer training after completion of 2nd and 3rd year of graduation degree. It is basically included in the course for the candidate's better exposure to the practical industrial experience.
You shall do the training as per your trade and degree.
Training certificate also helps in building your good resume which ultimately helps in getting a good job.
