To be a commercial pilot, there are many institutes which give you the training and the license required for the same.
Some of them are :

* Franklin Institute
* Arora Flying Academy
* Udaan Flying Institute
etc...

To be an Army base Pilot, no institute can help you as the army itself trains its pilots and gives them the license.

For that, the candidate needs to be graduate and appear in the entrance by the armed forces. Upon successful selection, the candidates get inducted into the forces and get training.
