Respected Sir/Madam, I want to join Swift eLearning Services to do an Internship related to Graphic Design. I would like to know about the selection criteria in this company for this Internship. Please help me to know about the selection criteria immediately.

The selection criteria of Graphic Design Internship in Swift eLearning Services is on the basis of your communication skills,knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, MS-Word and knowledge of tool required for editing audio and video clips.

You can simply divide the selection process in two parts:-
1)Interview:- Test of your communication skills and hobbies, place of residence etc.

2)Aptitude test/ Skill test:- test of your relevant skills and knowledge.

Skill :-

1) You must have knowledge in Adobe Photoshop.

2) You must have knowledge in MS-Office.

3) You must have knowledge of working in GIMP editor .

4) You must have knowledge of creating media assets, aligning the graphics
and text for eLearning products.

5) You should have knowledge of designing infographics and images that
can be shared on social media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
Instagram, etc.

6) You should have knowledge of editing audio and video elements for
eLearning products.

7) You must have knowledge of creating animations according to storyboards
and self-quality checks.

Other requirements are also listed below :-

8) You have to be available for full time internship in-office.

9) You have to be available for duration of 3 months.

10) You must have relevant skills and interests in this regard.
