Are the trainees paid during training period at TCS? When exactly the bond starts?
Are the trainees paid during the training period? The bond for 2 yrs includes the training period or starts after the training period?

Yes, the trainees are paid during the training period in TCS. However, during the training the salary received by the trainees will not be which is decided as the package. It will be lesser than the package amount. On successful completion of the training, the trainees are posted in its branches which is spread across India. From that time, they will get the amount which is decided in their package amount. The bond period starts from the day of joining in TCS.
