I am a student of b-tech 3rd yr EEE and my question is what is the min cgpa required for apply summer internship.? Can you please give me the minimum eligibility criteria which we need to have to ensure that we will be able to do the internship?

There is no minimum CGPA as such which will make you eligible for summer internship. However, for institutes where companies come for recruiting interns do have minimum CGPA criteria based on the company. It is usually decided by the company. Hence the higher CGPA under your belt, the stronger position will your be in the selection process. Apart from CGPA companies also conduct written tests and interview for final selection; thus you need to do well in them especially interview to get the opportunity. Otherwise you need to try for the internship opportunity through referral of senior employees in the concerned company. Usually a CGPA of 7 and above is enough for getting internship opportunity.
