You must have completed MCA with minimum aggregate of 55% from recognized university.

If you have completed master degree as Private student/ distance mode than also you are eligible to be professor.

Average salary of professor of Computer Science subject is 5 LPA.

You have to appear in UGC NET / CSIR / GATE or equivalent exam.

You have to crack any one examination with good marks than only you will be eligible to be professor in any recognized and government college.

Most of the private college recruit directly those who have completed Master degree only.

The candidate need to qualify National Eligibility Test after post-graduation to become a professor.
The upper age limit to appear in the NET exam is 30 years.
