Admission procedure to study PhD(Economics) in North Eastern Hill University?

Hello everyone, I want to do a PhD in Economics from North Eastern Hill University. I would like to know about the procedure for getting admission in this university for this PhD program. Kindly let me know immediately.

The admission procedure to study PhD Economics at North Eastern Hill University is candidates must have a post graduate degree with minimum 55%marks from a recognised university.

Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam conducted by the university.
