Hi everyone, can any of you tell me what is the procedure for getting admission in Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University for studying PhD in Information Technology program? Please help me to know about the procedure for securing admission.

The admission procedure to study PhD in Information Technology at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University is a candidate must have passed a Master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate for the general category and for SC/ST candidates it is 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Admission selection will be done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance test followed by an interview.
Interested candidates can apply online through the university website www.bbau.ac.in by clicking on 'Online Admission System'. Fill the application form with all the required details and upload the scanned copy of all the relevant documents. Pay the application fee online through Net banking/debit/credit card and submit the form. |

Admission procedure to study PhD(Information Technology) in Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University:-
✓ Candidates are selected for Ph.D. & M.Phil on the basis of merit in the Entrance Test held by the university followed by an interview. The entrance test is 2-hour long consisting of 100 MCQs of 100 marks with 50% questions from research methodology and 50% from the concerned subject. Admission will be offered in the order of merit as per the results of entrance examination and the reservation policy of the university. ✓ Candidates who have qualified UGC-NET (including JRF)/ UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/ GATE or teaching fellowship holders will be exempted from the entrance exam.
