Respected Sir, I would like to know about the procedure for getting admission in Veer Kunwar Singh University for studying PhD program in the field of Sociology. Can you please help me to know about the procedure of admission immediately? Waiting for your response. Thank you!

Admission to PhD programme is usually granted on the basis of entrance exam as well as merit.

If a candidate has appeared for any National level entrance exam like
NET
UGC NET
CSIR NET
GATE
M.PHIL etc
Then such candidate is exempted from university level entrance exam and they directly appear for interview round.
Otherwise they have to appear for university level entrance exam for admission purpose.

The admission procedure to study PhD in Sociology at Veer Kunwar Singh University is a candidate must have passed a postgraduation in the relevant field with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Admission selection will be on the basis of merit and Pre-PhD coursework and aptitude for Research Methodology and Computer Applications. The candidates who have already qualified CSIR/JRF/NET/UGC and GATE will be exempted from the Pre-PhD entrance test.

The admission procedure to study PhD Sociology at Veer Kumar Singh University is candidates must have a post graduate degree in a relevant field with minimum 55%marks from a recognized university.

The duration of this course is 3 years.

Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam called GATE and NET.
