You are pursuing candidates of M.Sc in Biotechnology, so you are eligible for CSIR NET exam.

Those candidates who have completed BS-4 years program/BE/B. Tech/B. Pharma/MBBS/Integrated BS-MS/M.Sc. or Equivalent degree with at least 55% marks are eligible for CSIR NET exam.

Your age should be below 28 years.

If you have complete your M.Sc biotechnology with 55% marks then surely you will be eligible for CSIR NET. Just make sure you have the qualification from a recognized university.
There is relaxation of 5% marks for candidates who belong to reserved category.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
