Being a M.A.(Economics) final year student how can I apply for JRF?

I am in final year of ma in economics
i want to apply for jrf
for that what i have to do?
kindly tell me about the procedure

You are in final year of your MA in economics so you are eligible for JRF post through UGC NET exam but your masters degree marks must be above 55%.

For JRF post, your minimum age should be below 28 years.

Before applying online, the candidates must possess the following :

(i) Scanned passport (pp) size photograph in JPEG format of less than 300 kb,
(ii) Copy of bank challan (fee receipt)

Then you can apply online for UGC NET exam by using the website www.ugcnetonline.in

After successful submission, the candidate should take printout of online Application Form (two copies), Attendance Slip (one copy) and Admission Card (one copy) on separate A-4 size papers. Then you can send it to the coordinating university.
