Can I apply for JRF being a B.Tech(Applied Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering) student?


Hello
I am doing B.tech in Applied electronics and Instrumentation.My doubt about JRF is , am i able to apply for JRF(Junior Research Fellowship) after finishing my b.tech.Give me furthur details about JRF and the educational qualifications required for applying this.

No, B.Tech candidates are not eligible for JRF post but after completion of masters degree you can apply.

Mainly two exams are conducted for JRF post- 1)UGC NET, 2)CSIR NET.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for UGC NET and CSIR NET exam.

But your age should be below 28 years.
