Benefits of studying PhD(Finance) except in Research field?


Hello everyone, can you kindly tell me that what are the benefits of doing PhD other than going in Research I am an MPhil student, studying Finance. If I do PhD in Finance then what benefit I get? Kindly let me know about this immediately. Thank you!
