Which course is meant specially for research in IT?


i have completed my graduation in BSc IT right now i am doing a course in dot net so that i can i get a good job but i am very much interested in doing research in rather than working like going in depth of the subject
so
sir there any course like MScIT or some other courses that is specially for research in this subject
if yes please let me know

You can go for M.Sc IT or MCA and after that Ph.D will be suitable if you are interested in doing research in your field. Hence, getting admission in a post graduate degree will be better for you.
After completion of master degree you can apply for M.Phil or Ph.D through entrance exams like NET/SET/GATE.
