If you want to pursue Ph.D course in USA, you must have to complete your Masters degree with good academic marks in your Post Graduation from a recognized University. After completing the said course, you must have to apply in the entrance examinations like IELTS, TOEFL etc. qualifying in which you can get admission in different Colleges in USA to pursue Ph.D course. Most of the Institutes require more than 6.5 score in IELTS for Ph.d course. So, score well in the examination and apply for Ph.D course accordingly.

No, CSIR, NET and JRF examinations are not required for PhD in USA.In order to pursue PhD course in USA, first you have to appear and qualify in GRE (Graduate Record Test) and IELTS (International English Language Testing System), which are necessary for a candidate willing to pursue PhD course in USA.
GRE is mandatory for almost all graduate level programmes in the USA, whereas IELTS is an English proficiency test which measures a candidate's English language command on 4 different parameters such as listening, reading, writing and speaking.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
