Yes, you are eligible to appear in CSIR-NET-JRF for Physical Sciences.
Candidates who has completed 4 years B.E./B.Tech/MBBS/B.Pharm/Integrated BS-MS/M.Sc or equivalent with minimum 55% marks are eligible to applyfor CSIR-NET--JRF. 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates.
