It is very good that you are planning for your Ph.D course after the completion of Masters degree course.
To apply for the Ph.D course, candidates must have to complete their Masters degree course from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it. After that apply for the UGC NET examination. Once you qualify in the NET examination, you can take admission in a reputed University to pursue Ph.D course. |

You must have masters degree in the given discipline with at least 55% marks to become eligible to apply for admission in Ph.D programme. You need to apply on a prescribed format, when there is a notification.
Admission will be on the basis of performance in the written exam and interview conducted by the concerned university. |
