Hello, I want to know about the eligibility criteria for getting admission into SN Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences for studying for a PhD(Chemical Sciences) course. Can I know about the eligibility for getting admission?

Eligibility to secure PhD (Chemical Sciences) admission in SN Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences are as mentioned below:-

Educational Qualification -
Candidate must have done Master's degree in Science stream such as Chemistry/ Chemical Science/ Bio-Chemistry etc. from a recognised University.

Candidate must have scored at least 55% aggregate in the Master's level.

Age limit - No age limit

Entrance Exam required - GATE, NET, JRF, University PhD entrance test

Eligibility to secure PhD(Chemical Sciences) admission in SN Bose National Centre for Basic Sciences:

1. The candidate should have completed post-graduation from any university.

2. The candidate of any age can pursue this course.

3. The duration is 3 years.
