I have completed my masters in plant science am i eligible to apply for ugc net environmental sciences.

Those who have completed their masters degree or equivalent degree from a recognised board /institute as UGC NET Educational qualification requirements 2022.

Candidates are advised to select the same core subject for paper 2 as their postgraduate specially .

Candidates maximum age must not be more than 30 years.

Eligibility for UGC NET environmental science is given below:-

Candidates who have a post graduation in social science / humanities / computer application / environment studies / environmental science with 55% average marks from a recognised University are eligible for UGC NET in Environmental Science.

Age criteria for NET exam:-

For JRF Post - Your age should be below 28 years.
For Lecturership posPost Post - There is no age criteria

UGC NET exam is conducted in twice in a year in the month of June and December for Lectureship and Junior Research Fellowship.

Applicants must have done his Post Graduation in any stream with minimum 55% (without rounding off) and 50% incase of reserved candidates.

JRF candidates must be within 30 years of age. A relaxation of 5 years is given to SC/ST/OBC candidates.

For Assistant professor there is no age limit.

1. Students who want to qualify to appear for the UGC NET Environmental Science 2022 must have completed the Postgraduate or Master's equivalent degree from a recognized board/institute as UGC NET Educational Qualification Requirements 2022.

2. Those who are completing the Master's degree education in the same year as the UGC NET Environmental Science 2022 Exam or the results are yet to be declared or have been delayed are also eligible to appear for the UGC NET Environmental Science 2022 Exam 2022.
