Entrance exam available to join PhD(Geography) in Central University of Punjab? Cutoff score to secure admission?
Hi friends, I would like to know about the entrance exam through which I can join a PhD program in the specialization of Geography which is available in Central University of Punjab. Please let me know about the cutoff score also for getting admission.

Yes, Entrance examination is available to study PhD in Geography at Central University of Punjab. Admission selection is on the basis of CUCET (Central University Common Entrance Test) score followed by an interview. The candidate who has already qualified UGC-NET JRF will be exempted from the written test but will have to appear for the interview. The cutoff marks depend on the number of candidates appearing for the test.
The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed Master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum score of 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. I am also giving you the university website link for your reference that is www.cup.edu.in |
