Dear Sir, I am interested to study PhD in Philosophy in Rabindra Bharati University. I would like to know about the entrance exam through which I can get admission for this PhD program in this university. Kindly let me know immediately. Thank you!

The admission procedure to study PhD Philosophy at Rabindra Bharati University is, candidates must have a post graduate degree from a recognised university.

Candidates also have to appear in the entrance exam called NET , SET and GATE.

Entrance exam available to study PhD(Philosophy) in Rabindra Bharati University:-

Candidates have to appear for a written entrance test. If qualified the candidates have to pass the interview to confirm a seat for the course.
Candidates who have written NET/SET/GATE or teacher fellowship holder or have passed the M.phil program will be exempted from the written entrance test.

Qualification required for PhD Philosophy is, candidates who have done post graduate degree from a recognized university with minimum 55%marks.

The entrance exam called UGC-NET.

Duration of PhD Philosophy is minimum 3 years.

The university does not conduct any entrance tests for admission. The admission is based on the merit of the qualifying examination. The educational qualification required is a candidate must have passed a master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum score of 55% marks from a recognized university.
