Entrance exam to study PhD(Geography) at the Central University of Punjab? Cutoff rank required to get admission?
Hello everyone, I want to get the seat for a PhD program in Geography subject at the Central University of Punjab. So, I would like to know about the entrance exam through which I can get admission. Please tell me about the cutoff rank for getting admission.

Yes, Entrance is available to study PhD in Geography at the Central University of Punjab. Admission selection will be on the basis of CUCET (Central Universities Common Entrance Test) which is conducted by the university followed by an interview. The candidates who have already qualified UGC/CSIR-NET will be exempted from the test but will have to appear for the interview. The cutoff marks depend on the number of candidates appearing for the test.
The educational qualification required is a candidate must have must have passed Master's degree in the relevant field with a minimum score of 60% marks in aggregate for general category and for SC/ST candidate it is 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized university.
