- CSIR NET is the test for taking candidates for the Research Programs in various centers. The post graduate can appear for the examinations conducted by CSIR. It is the national level examination for post graduates of Science and Engineering to get the admission in PhD. Being a M.Sc student you have to appear in CSIR NET.
