Sir, I have completed MA Hindi and willing to do directly PhD from University of Allahabad. Please suggest me what should I do for it? Seat available for PhD scholar?

Yes definitely you are eligible to pursue PhD in Hindi after completing your post graduation in Hindi because as per the minimum qualification a candidate must have completed post graduation in the interested field in order to complete PhD in Hindi. Many top universities conduct entrance exam also but there are some universities take up admission directly on the basis of percentage.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree in Hindi with at least 55% marks from a recognized university, are eligible to do PhD in Hindi.
So the eligible candidates have to appear for UGC NET/JRF entrance examination, qualifying in which they can take admission into University of Allahabad to pursue PhD Hindi course.
University of Allahabad also conducts its own entrance test CRET (Combined Research Entrance Test) to grant admission into its various PhD course to eligible candidates.
Those candidates who have qualified UGC-NET/JRF entrance examination are exempted from CRET entrance exam, they can take admission directly after qualifying an interview at the University campus.
There are a good amount of seats available in the University of Allahabad for PhD in Hindi course, all you need to qualify the entrance examination to take admission at the university to pursue the aforementioned course.

You need to have at least 55% marks to become eligible for Ph.D in Hindi programme. Admission will be on the basis of performance in the entrance exam and interview conducted by the university.

If you have qualified exams like NET/SET, then you will be eligible directly for interview stage. There are limited seats available and only merit can get you admission.
