Which university offers PhD without M.Phil?
Sir,
Presently I am working in govt. dept. and I want to do a phd in hindi. I want to know that which university offers phd without doing m.Phil Programme. I have 57% marks in MA(Hindi) which i passed from ch. charn singh university in the year 1998 and In BA (pass) is 49%. Should I do the PHD programme. plz answer at my e-mail [email protected] |
