How to do MS research work and PhD on Embedded System and IC design at NUS, NTU and TUM?


I have completed degree in EEE and got 8.3 CGPA. I have scored 97.7 percentile in GATE. I want to apply for MS research work and PhD on Embedded System and IC design at NUS, NTU or TUM. How can I get admission in a best university? I have done internship on Power Electric projects and applying Embedded System.
