Yes, you are eligible for part time PhD degree course from Bharathiar University. You need to apply through application form which can be downloaded from its website. I have provided the application form below as attachment. All the details are mentioned in it. There will be a written test and an interview which will constitute the entire selection process for admission in Part time PhD course in Bharathiar University.
