Hi I completed msc microbiology in2005 and now looking for admission in phd microbiology in Bengaluru should I take entrance test to get through? Are there any colleges which provide phd microbiology without entrance test plz share the details regarding when and how to apply. Are there any scholarships available ?plz let me also know about the fee structure and duration of the course.

The registration for PhD is through entrance test, interview and councelling.
On order to apply for course, candidate has to download application form from college official website.
Minimum qualification is masters degree in relevant field.
Application dates differ depending upon the college.
IISC Banglore 22nd feb _31st march 2021.
IIT Banglore feb_5 may 2021

Fees also range between 20,000_200,000 INR

Most of the institutes and universities in India for low and entrance based admission process for admission into PhD in microbiology course.
The steps of the entrance based admission are provided below:-

> Students are required to register for the entrance test through the official website of the conducting body.

> After creating the login ID, candidates have to fill up the online application form by providing their personal and academic details.

> After that candidates have to upload the necessary documents such as photograph, signature, ID proof, class 10 and 12 certificates etc.

> after paying the application fee candidates have to save and download the form for future references.

> Issuing of admit card.

> after the entrance exam admission authorities will release the result of the entrance test they have a prepared for.

> The selected candidates have to appear for further admission rounds such as group discussion and personal interview.
