I have completd my MBA(Finace)thru distance education from Madras university.Am i eligible for mphil(commerce)?if so plz tell me about the entrance exam syllabus and also full time college for mphil.

You have completed MBA in Finance through distance mode so you are eligible for M.Phil in Commerce.

But your MBA degree marks must be above 55% from a recognized University.
