Interview made for the post of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor should be recorded to avoid partiality/malpractice

Interview made for the post of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor should be recorded to avoid partiality/malpractice. Recently it is the habit of some individual who roughly enters the campus and telling openly that he is having high recommendation for appointment. Hence interview marks should be openly intimated as soon as the interview is over. Otherwise it should be recorded. New Central Government wants to remove fraud in all the manner will it be done?

Yes, Interview made for the post of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor should be recorded to avoid partiality/malpractice.

Interview for any position is meant to assess the ability of applicant for that role.

Most of the time it is conducted offline but according to situations it can also be conducted through telephonic mode.

It should be recorded according to your view but it won't be recorded because of the rules and regulations of selection committee.
