You can apply for PhD in Mathematics course in any one of the following Universities in Montreal;

1. McGills //www.math.mcgill.ca

2. Concordia University http://www.concordia.ca

3. University of Montreal http://www.umontreal.ca

Those who completed their Master Degree in Mathematics with not less than 55% of marks are eligible to apply. The candidate required to appear and qualify in the UGC NET entrance exam to get admission for PhD in Mathematics course. The candidate apply for the course through online mode or offline mode. The application form are available in the official website of the concerned university.
