M.Sc(Meteorology) is eligible for Jr.Lecturer in DIET colleges or not?
Sir I passed M.Sc(Meteorology)with53% in Andhra University in the year1986.In Jr.Lecturer promotion(DIET College) in our district Kurnool,AP not consider me due to Meteorology is not a not a branch of Physics.Please clarify my doubt as M.Sc(Meteorology) is eligible subject for promotion in Jr.Lecturer (DIET College&Jr.College)as Physics Lecturer-S.A.HAKEEM,School Assit(Physical Science),H.NO:81-5S-18,Sai Nagar,Kurnool-518002,AP

Eligibility criteria for DIET:-
DIET means District Institutes of Education and Training. Eligibility criteria to apply for DIET:- Candidate must have to complete 12th in any stream from a recognised board. The candidate should have secured 45% of marks in aggregate in qualifying examination. The minimum percentage of marks in the case of SC/ST and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 40%. You could have completed 17 years and there is upper age limit. Candidate should be an Indian. |
