Re: New topics for PhD in Computer Science
You should select the topic from your area of interest with the help of guidance from your guide. Since you are doing PhD so it is expected that you will bring some new research and innovation in your field of work rather than working on the already worked out projects and technologies. Here is a list of certain topics to give you an idea of the possible PhD topics.
1. Algebraic Semiotics of User Interface Design 2. Biological and Mathematical Basis of Interaction Computing 3. Computational Neuroscience 4. Computational Modelling and Data Mining 5. Embedded Systems 6. Embodied Emotion, Cognition, and (Inter-)Action in Autonomous Robots 7. Enactive Language in Embodied Robotics 8. Humanoid Robots as Assistants and Companions 9. Human-Robot Manipulation and Co-operation 10. Hybrid Systems 11. Information Processing and Self-Organization in Adaptive Biological and Artificial Systems 12. Machine Learning 13. Modelling and Evolving Artificial Genetic Regulatory Networks 14. Programming Languages and Compilation Technology 15. Rehabilitation Robotics 16. Robot Assisted Therapy for Children with Autism 17. Secure Quantum Computation and Related Classical Topics 18. Security Protocols for Wireless Networks and Internet of Things 19. Software Engineering: Fine Grained Code Metrics for Software Defect Prediction 20. Technology Enhanced Learning |
