I have done MCA. Kindly tell me in which exam I have to appear between CSIR or UGC of NET? And when is UGC-NET for June session notification will release?

Being a MCA Post graduate you can appear for both CSIR NET and UGC NET.
So it is up to you to decide whether you want to appear in both or in anyone.
It depends on what you want eventually do and the decision is up to you solely.
The notification for the UGC-NET for June will be published in April 2016.

You have done MCA degree so you are eligible for UGC NET exam.

The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates. Final year student are also eligible for NET exam.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

Important Dates for UGC NET June 2016 (Tentative)

Application process will be start from April 2016
Last Date to apply for UGC NET June 2016 is May 2016
Date of the UG NET Examination is June 2016
