Sir, I have done my M.A.(History) from IGNOU. I want to do PhD in History without giving any entrance exam. So, is it possible for me?

I am sorry to say that you cannot opt for any Ph.D course without qualifying in the entrance examination.
Below I have mentioned the eligibility for appearing in the entrance examination, just have a look over it.
Candidates those who have completed their Masters degree in any discipline from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to appear in the NET examination to pursue Ph.D course.
