Yes, you are eligible for Ph.D course if you have fulfill below given criteria.

Eligibility criteria for Ph.D course:-

Candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for Ph.D course.

General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree.

For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

There is no age criteria.

Yes, you can do Ph.D after passing MA education lateral course long back.
There is no age limit for pursuing Ph.D.
Candidate can apply for Ph.D after completing his/her masters from any recognised university. As, you have completed your Masters, so you are eligible to pursue Ph.D.
